We ship UPS/FedEx or USPS Airmail everywhere in the world. The UPS/FedEx
Ground cost is maximum $7.95
(UPS is $8.00 due to contract limitations) for all continental US, whatever
your order size. It is to the benefit of KitLink.com to have large orders, and
we want to pass some of the benefit to our customers. Minimum orders for US
Customers are $10. Also, we offer free
shipping for US customers using UPS/FedEx Ground
on orders over $200.
All items at KitLink.com are IN STOCK and ready to ship. If you order before
2PM MST (Mountain Standard Time), your order will ship on the SAME DAY.
Otherwise, it will ship next WORKING day (Monday through Friday, except
holidays).
International Shipping
We use US Postal Service to ship to any location outside the US.
Insurance: Insurance is
automatically added to Parcel Post if the order value is above $50.00. If you
country does NOT accept insurance, then KitLink.com will send you an email
requesting a 'liability waiver'. Potential customs charge is the customer's
responsibility. Please remember that most credit card companies will protect
your transaction up to a certain value. Please check with your credit card
company for detail.
Tempering with Customs Forms:
Many of our customers ask us to lower the value on customs
forms and write 'gifts' on the official form. We do recognize that some
countries charge HIGH taxes on imports. However, tempering with customs forms
is against US laws and carry a tremendous liability for the business.
KitLink.com will always show accurate values on customs form. Our customers
need to make their packages small, sometimes breaking them in two parcels to
limit their visibility to customs. We are also using a very low profile address
label on our oversea packages to avoid being noticed by customs.
You are welcome to return any unsatisfactory product within 30 days of the
date of shipping, no question asked! DO NOT return defective
products. KitLink.com will address any defective product by providing
the customer with the information to find replacement parts, or will
source and send the replacement parts. Please recognize that
KitLink.com is often trying to help the customer with a "quality control" issue
which should be resolved by Manufacturers. For this reason, we offer three
solutions:

The defective part can be acquired directly from the Manufacturer

The defective part will be shipped with the customer's next order, to
minimize costs.

The defective part will be shipped immediately to the customer, but the
customer will pay the shipping cost.
Please accept our apologies for any delay to receive replacement parts, as
it is often affected by product availability and the manufacturer's location.
The return policy for un-damaged products is as follows:

The product will be in "mint" condition, preferably
with intact plastic wrapping.

We will accept returns on any item within 30 Days
from the date of shipping (60 days for
international customers)

Returns will be credited as "Store Credit".
KitLink will NOT refund the credit card.

If the sale is over $100, the return will be charged a flat 10%
restocking fee.

Please contact us by E-mail or by a phone
call, to let us know that the product is being returned.
Only returns due to errors from KitLink.com
shipping department will be credited back to credit cards. Return shipping
charges will be the responsibility of the customer (unless it is our mistake).
The return package needs to contain an invoice, or a note from the customer to
identify its source.
